Troubleshooting

Parking results look wrong or empty

ParkAlly uses City of Ottawa open data for paid parking zones. Ensure location permission is granted and try adjusting your walking-time filter. Results are sorted by walking minutes from your search destination.

Queue or session didn't persist

Guest queue and session data is cleared on a full app close (cold start). Create an account to persist your queue across warm app resumes and sync favorites.

Notifications not working

Push notifications require a registered account and a development or production build with notification permissions enabled. Check your device notification settings for ParkAlly.

App status

ParkAlly is in active development. The app is coming soon to the App Store and Google Play. This website will be updated with download links when listings are live.
